Oscar was essential in getting ISO 9001 Quality Management certification. The certification was successfully achieved at the first audit without any non-conformance issues. He has easy to work with and got straight to the point while establishing the management systems. He also ensured the system implemented was a net benefit while not impeding existing procedures. I believe he suitable to help any company establish and maintain it quality management system and certifications.
ISO 14001 Environmental Management certification
As the Service Operations Maintenance Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment Coordinator for the last 3 years, I have worked with Oscar who has a genuine passion for managing the region's wellness, safety, and environment. He advised the Sydney office in environment as well as OHS and quality. He is an excellent communicator and trainer, creating rapport with a diverse range of people at all levels, while maintaining a consistently optimistic and encouraging approach during the ongoing support of this office.
Education and Training
Reporting to the Department of Training Assessment and Reporting Interface project, Oscar was able to deliver high quality training and documentation products which made a tangible difference to the adoption of new services and minimised the change impact for a diverse user community. Oscar is a strong collaborator and managed to bring good common sense to often difficult situations and bring IT and business users together in pursuit of a common cause.
